WHAT IS COOKBOOK CLUB?
Chef John and the team highlight a new cookbook every month, taking recipes straight from the book. This event is presented as a multi-course tasting menu held in our bar area to create a more intimate, interactive experience! You will have the opportunity to hear directly from Chef John about the cookbook, the recipes and his own personal connection to the book. This is a ticketed event with options to add beverage pairings for an additional cost (wine, cocktail, or zero-proof pairings available).
