Join us for our March Cookbook Club event featuring cookbook American Sfoglino: A Masterclass in Handmade Pasta. Written by food writer Katie Parla and Chef Evan Funke, this cookbook focuses on making pasta by hand, even without a pasta maker! The recipes honor traditional Italian ingredients, techniques and pasta shapes and celebrate taking the time and care to prepare and create pasta dishes.
